Less Posing. More Presence.

The evening after their wedding, I met up with Heather and Aaron for a quiet portrait session at Lincoln Park along the Puget Sound in West Seattle, Washington. A large wildfire burning elsewhere in Washington had filled the air with a soft layer of smoke, creating an unexpectedly cinematic atmosphere along the beach. It was one of those rare evenings where everything — the light, the mood, the stillness — seemed to come together beautifully. More than anything, it was simply fun spending a little more time with them after the wedding and documenting such a peaceful moment together.
